안녕하세요~ 청주유학원 세계유학입니다.  오늘의 포스팅은 뉴질랜드 유학 후 이민에 대한 내용입니다.

뉴질랜드정부가 2016 년 10월 12일 새 이민법에 대한 발표를 했는데요~요지는 기술이민의 대폭적인 강화와 영어점수에 대한 면제 강화, 부모 초청 이민의 잠정적 중단 등의 내용이었습니다.

 

유학후 이민이란 뭐냐면,뉴질랜드에서 학업을 이수하고 학위를 취득한 다음 기술이민을 신청하여 영주권을 받는다는 의미입니다.

뉴질랜드도 다른 캐나다 호주와 마찬가지로 이민 점수 자격 판정표를 가지고 준하는 점수 이상으로 나왔을 때 , 영주권을 주고 있습니다.  이전에는 총점 140점 이상이면 신청이 가능했는데요~ 최근 2016.10.12일 기준으로 는 총점 160점 이상이 되어야 우선 심사 기준이 되는 걸로 바뀌어서,   160점 이하이면 영주권 신청이 불가하게 되었습니다.

사실 140점도 만들기 쉽지 않은 점수인데, 160점이라니 ㅜ 현지에 계신 분들은 이 점수에 도달하기 위해서 더욱 노력

해야 할 것 같아요.

<뉴질랜드 유학 후 이민 기본 조건>

만 18세~50세의 나이

영어능력이 IELTS 6.5이상

신체건강한 자

범죄 경력이 없는자

영어가 유학후 이민에 끼치는 영향이 큽니다 

일단 신법과 구법의 영어조항과 기타다른 변경요소에 대한  차이점을 보여드립니다.

학력	If they provide evidence that their recognised qualification(s): o was gained as a result of a course or courses of study in which English was the only medium of instruction; and o (if that qualification was gained in New Zealand) the qualification had a minimum completion time of at least two years and is at least a bachelor degree or it is a post-graduate qualification and the applicant has an undergraduate qualification that qualifies for points 영어로 행해진 최소 2년 이상의 학사 학사학위 또는 (준)석사 과정 소지자	i. citizenship of Canada, the Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom or the United States of America, provided the applicant has spent at least five years in work or education in one or more of those countries or Australia or New Zealand; or (캐/아/영/미 국적자들에만 적용되는 조항이라 모르고 싶음) ii. a recognised qualification (SM14) comparable to a New Zealand level 7 bachelor’s degree and gained in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom or the United States of America as a result of study undertaken for at least two academic years in one or more of those countries; or (2년 이상학업, 레벨 7의 학사학위를 캐아영미,호주,NZ 등 6개국 내에서만 취득한 자) iii. a recognised qualification (SM14) comparable to a New Zealand qualification at level 8 or above and gained in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom or the United States of America as a result of study undertaken for at least one academic year in one or more of those countries.(1년 이상의 학력레벨 8이상 학위를 캐아영미,호주,NZ 등 6개국 내에서만 취득한 자)​
뉴질랜드 취업 경력	they have current skilled employment in New Zealand for a period of at least 12 months that qualifies for points - 뉴질랜드 내에서 1년 이상의 기술직(skilled)으로 근무한 자	폐 지
기타 카테고리	o he country in which the applicant currently resides; o the country(ies) in which the applicant has previously resided; o the duration of residence in each country; o whether the applicant speaks any language other than English; o whether members of the applicant’s family speak English; o whether members of the applicant’s family speak any language other than English; o the nature of the applicant’s current or previous employment (if any) and whether that is or was likely to require skill in English language; (거의 유명무실하던 조항들/역주)	폐 지

한편, 오는 11월 21일부터는 IELTS뿐 아니라 토플을 위시한 총 4가지의 시험성적표도 인정한다고 해요.영주권을 신청하는 분들은 아래의 점수 중 한가지를 제출하셔야 합니다.
